Clinical history: a 75y.o. woman presents with a cystic-like lesion of the scapular soft tissue; clinic presumptive diagnosis was liquefied lipoma.
Microscopic description: sections show loose stroma with myxoid and cystic areas and lympho-monocytoid infiltrate (pict. 1) - (pict. 2) - (pict. 3) - (pict. 4) - (pict. 5) - (pict. 6).
Mitoses are rare.
