Diagnosis: low-grade sclerosing angiosarcoma.

Comment: after the diagnosis in 1984 the patient returned home with no therapy administered. During this current year, after 16 years from the original diagnosis, he came back to Niguarda hospital for a check up: he is in good health.
The peritoneal masses are still present and from a comparison of the past and present CT scan there is no modification since 1984. The present clinical history made us to reconsider the original diagnosis which is now of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma.
