"RIGHT CHEST MASS"

Clinical history: a10y.o. girl presents, since three months, a painful mass over the large right pectoral muscle, which extends to the same side axilla (pict. 1 - pict. 2 - pict. 3).
There is also axillary lymph nodes enlargement and venous congestion of the right upper arm. A FNA of the lesion is performed and successively excision of the lesion is made.
Cytological description: there are loose groups of small cells with scanty cytoplasm and irregular nuclear chromatin (pict. 4).
Macroscopical description: it is a solid tumor, measuring 15x10x10cm (pict. 5 - pict. 6).
Microscopical description: the tumor consists of a solid growth of small cells, forming rosettes. The cells show scanty cytoplasm and granular nuclear chromatin (pict. 7 - pict. 8 - pict. 9).
