"KIDNEY MASS IN A 26Y.O. WOMAN"

Clinical history: a 26y.o. woman presents with a mass at the superior pole of the right kidney, which was incidentally discovered.
Macroscopical description: a sub capsular, 5 cm nodule, which, on cut section, has a gray-yellowish color.
Microscopical description: well-defined lesion with a solid component consisting of mesenchymal elongated cells and a, less frequent, tubular component (pict. 1 - pict. 2 - pict. 3 - pict. 4 - pict. 5 - pict. 6 - pict. 7 - pict. 8).
There is not necrosis.
