Diagnosis: Hodgkin lymphoma, mixed cellularity type; a chest X-Ray and the excision of the node for histological diagnosis, are suggested.

Note: the histological examination of the lymph node confirmed the diagnosis of Hodgkin Lymphoma and allowed to specify the sub-type (minimal nodular sclerosis, syncytial type) (pict. 9 - pict. 10).
