"BREAST NODULE"

Clinical history: a 76 y.o. woman presents for a breast nodule.
Microscopical description: sections show a proliferation of epithelioid cells, growing around blood vessels, with regular nuclei, sometimes with nucleoli (pict. 1 - pict. 2 - pict. 3 - pict. 4 - pict. 5 - pict. 6).
These cells are positive with immunohistochemical staining for CD31 (pict. 7 - pict. 8), CD 34 (pict. 9) and Factor VIII (pict. 10).
