"PIGMENTED LESION ON THE ARM"

Clinical history: 55y.o. woman with a raised pigmented lesion on the skin of the left arm.
Microscopical description: non-ulcerated lesion, consisting of melanocytes, which reach the interface between papillary and reticular dermis (III level).
The thickness is 1.8 mm, the intra-tumoral lymphocytic infiltrate is non-brisk, the peri-tumoral infiltrate is moderate; mitoses count is between 1 and 6 per mm2 (pict. 1 - pict. 2 - pict. 3 - pict. 4 - pict. 5 - pict. 6 - pict. 7 - pict. 8).
