Clinical history
A 63 y.o. man, who 10 months before had lobectomy for lung carcinoma, presents with a 1.5 cm papillomatous, bleeding lesion on the chest wall.

Microscopicalal description
Papillomatous lesion with short stalk ( Picture 1 - Picture 2): it consists of large cells with macro-nucleoli, with numerous vascular spaces and hyaline stroma ( Picture 3 - Picture 4) and which apparently has no connection with the epidermis. The immunohistochemical staining show strong positivity for S-100 ( Picture 5), which demonstrates also the origin of the lesion from the epidermis ( Picture 6), and for HMB-45 ( Picture 7).
