Clinical history
44 y.o. woman, at 35 years of age underwent an LPS for uterine myoma and endometriosis growths at Douglas pouch and utero-sacral ligament level. She underwent 4 cycles of ovarian stimulation with the freezing of the embryos (waiting for transfer).
In 2003 an ultrasound showed an increase in uterine myomas, confirmed in March 2006 by transvaginal ultrasound. The woman underwent another LPS..

Macroscopical description
Pseudo-nodular lesion, greyish, 1cm max in size.

Microscopical description
New lesion composed of multiple papillary projections (Pict. 1) covered by a single layer of mesothelial (positive for thrombomodulin – Pict. 3) cuboidal cells (Pict. 2) with central nuclei and no evidence of atypia. Basal vacuoles were present, rare or no mitosis.
No infiltration of surrounding stroma.
