Minutes of the meeting held on July 6th, 2002, at Mantua Hospital
Everyone has something to say about the way to go to Mantua.
But the fact is that, whichever road you choose, Mantua is always “out of the world”. And our friend Bellomi knows it and he has done everything so that this long trip is not a burden for the many pathologists, and their families, who came here.
The long day starts with a warm welcome in a large, air-conditioned, super-equipped room; this time the equipment is provided directly by the efficient group of pathologists from Mantua. Because the participants are used now to bring recorded cases on floppy or compact disks the presentation is easier and more agile.
But there are also a few new things: the Lombard Dermatopathology group (we don't know yet their real name!!) inaugurates its presence at our meetings with two interesting cases.
The Mantua people, then, take entire control also of the end of the meeting: they present a funny and instructive quiz (without prices, unfortunately!) on cytological-histological subjects.
We hope that these two events won't be unique.
At the end of the meeting the Metafora Company (who sponsorized the event) shows us the management program for the Mantua Lab. Then we all go for lunch and soon after on the river Mincio by boat.
