MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 16TH, 1998 - S. RAFFAELE HOSPITAL

Twenty six participants from S. Raffaele H, The Institute for Cancer, Niguarda H, Policlinico H, Melloni H, Monza, Desio, Lodi, Bollate and Sesto S. Giovanni Hospitals attend the meeting.
This is the first one of newly structured meetings. From now on, in every meeting LEICA will provide the technical instruments such as microscope, videorecorder, monitor, videoprojector, computer and the technical support system to collect the microscopical images. In this way, they will be recorded directly from the microscope during the discussion of the presented cases and later it will be easier to access and select the material to be introduced in the Web Site.
The "Association of the Pathologists of Milano district" will be on line from the end of October and the site will also include the minutes of today's meeting.
In addition there will be the production of a CD which will include the most interesting cases of the last two years; it will be distributed to all the pathology departments which will request it.
